COVID-19 Client Safety Agreement

Ritual Tattoo’s top priority is the safety of its artists and clients. We would like to thank you for trusting us with your health and safety. Due to COVID-19, we have put in place new protocols that we would like to share with you before your appointment. Our goal is to properly prepare our patrons and artists so that we may help eliminate the spread of coronavirus. Please read the information below and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

All consultations will be conducted via Facetime or Zoom before your scheduled appointment. Make sure to let your artist know if you have been experiencing flu-like symptoms. We would greatly appreciate your honesty with this and we will ensure this information will be kept confidential and your appointment will be rescheduled once you are well. Please also disclose if you have been in close contact with anyone who is sick or has had COVID-19.

Upon arriving to your appointment, make sure you have read and signed the online release form.  Then call the studio to let us know you have arrived.  You will then be asked to wait outside until your artist is ready for you. Remember to wear your mask at all times. Wash your hands immediately after entering.
